Our operators bring years of experience to Handyman Connection. Many have extensive backgrounds in construction, home repair, remodeling and other handyman services. Their goal is for Handyman Connection to provide its customers with excellent workmanship and superior customer service.

Each one of our craftsmen has over ten years of experience and have all gone through a thorough background check. Handyman Connection of Blue Ash's team of professionals is passionate about taking your home improvement dreams and making them a reality.

Dustin Kreiger
President

Dustin became General Manager of the business in October of 2013. He first moved to the Cincinnati area in 2007 to attend the University of Cincinnati for Business Administration. Dustin attended night classes while working his way up latter at a small local manufacturing company. He started out in the production and fulfillment departments. , after 4 years of dedication Dustin became the VP of operations and National/International sales. After the company was acquired in mid-2012 Dustin accepted the role as National Sales Manager for an Arizona based company. While working for this company he began the process of a whole home remodel. After completing this work himself, he began to realize his passion for construction. Shortly after this process he began looking for an opportunity that would allow him to pursue what he enjoyed; business development and construction…and as the say “the rest is history.”

Natalie Conover
Office Manager

Natalie took on the role as office manager of Handyman Connection in August of 2014. She graduated from Hamilton High School in 2001 and then attended Miami University, Oxford majoring in marketing. She has held previous roles as a Compliance Specialist and as an Assistant Center Manager. Her general role here is to make sure that the office runs as smoothly as possible. We want to make sure that things are streamlined and as easy as possible for each customer, from beginning to the end of each project, and a well ran office is one of keys to success.

Harold Weeks
Production Manager

Harold Weeks took on our role as Production manager in July of 2016. Harold graduated from University of Cincinnati in 1984. He has owned his own remodeling company since 1981 and recently passed it on to his son. Harold is more than fit for this position as he has 10+ years of management experience, specifically dealing with construction. Harold will ensure that your entire project gets completed the soonest and best possible way.

Chuck Loop
Service Advisor

Charles (Chuck) Loop is the Senior Service Advisor at Handyman Connection.  Chuck grew up in Monroe, Ohio and graduated from Monroe High School.  After High School he enlisted in the US Air Force, where he spent four years.   While in the Air Force he attended college in Aviano, Italy.

Shortly After being honorably discharged from the military, Chuck began his career in the construction industry when he started a flooring sales and installation company in West Chester.  After four years of success he was ready for his next challenge.  This is when he began working with a local basement waterproofing company as a Field Sales Representative.  After seven years in this position he had achieved many accomplishments, such as; Salesman of the Year for four years and Salesman of the Month for fifteen months.  After realizing what an asset Chuck was to the company, they quickly promoted him to Sales Trainer and not long after excelling yet again, he was chosen to be Sales Manager.  Handyman Connection is excited and lucky to have Chuck as part of our team and we are confident that you, our valued customer, are in the best of hands with your home improvement project.

Jordan McCormick
Customer Service Representitive

Jordan took on the role as Office Assistant of Handyman Connection in June of 2016. She graduated from Middletown High School in 2015 as one of the top ten students in her class and is currently attending Miami University as a junior for Sociology. Jordan has held previous roles such as receptionist, cashier, and customer service representative. Her main role in our office is to assist the craftsman and office manager with setting up appointments, connecting with customers, and keeping the office organized. Here at Handyman, we want to ensure our customers feel connected and well informed in the construction process.
